The PyroKrackerTM oven is the most cost effective method of applying  thermal decomposition as a way to recycle waste material and for recovering stranded resources to produce sustainable energy. The ratio of energy in to energy produced is the best of all thermal conversion devices with the PyroKrackerTM oven producing an energy potential at least ten times the quantity of energy used in the conversion process. Capital cost of the equipment on the ground is generally less than half that of competing systems. No competing system can deliver a hydrocarbon vapor product that, when used as fuel gas, will produce as clean flue gas exhaust. The PyroKrackerTM oven is the only thermal decomposing device that can function in a pure pyrolysis mode and be changed during operation to partial oxidation mode to allow a small amount of the feedstock to be utilized as fuel for the absorbed heat duty and/or to regulate the Carbon Monoxide and Hydrogen component.
